Natural Cures for Arthritis

According to studies, SAM-e (an amino acid, aka S-adenosylmethionine) eases joint inflammation, swelling, and stiffness as effectively as many nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) drugs, but without the stomach-churning side effects. Try 800 mg. of SAM-e daily and then cut down to Sam-e 400 mg. after about two weeks.   Arthritis patients may also take daily, morning and night, one cup of hot water with two spoons of honey and one small teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Toothache

Make a paste of one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and five teaspoons of honey and apply on the aching tooth. Apply the remedy 3 times a day until the tooth stops hurting. Also, a teaspoon of salt dissolved in a cup of boiling water makes a pain-killing mouthwash, which will clean away irritating debris and help reduce swelling. Swish the paste around your mouth for about 30 seconds and then spit it out.
